Poor Customer Service - Hot Chocolate, Baja Moons Over My Hammy, Red, White, and Blue pancakes


I was at Denny's just this morning and ordered a hot chocolate (as this is my favorite beverage from Denny's). I didn't bother looking at the menu because I already knew exactly what I wanted to order. My waitress, Tammy, took this in the fact that I did not want to order anything even though I told her I already know what I want so I don't need the menu. I waited for 35 minutes before speaking up to another waitress who apologized and finally took my order. Tammy then lied to the new waitress saying that I told her I didn't want to order anything (I told her I already know what I wanted). I told the new waitress this, and received my order in five minutes. Tammy then came and apologized, which led to me tipping her because she did apologize. I had terrible customer service. I understand that she forgot about me in the back corner of the restaraunt, but I was still a paying customer who deserved to at least be offered a refill. I accept her apology, but I will not be going back to the Denny's in my town. Joplin, MO Range Line Denny's.
